Vários fabricantes de placas de fibras de madeira pelo processo húmido, membros da FEROPA, decidiram associar-se para relançar o seu produto no mercado.
Criou-se o conceito do NFB, o único produto de fibras de madeira cujo fabrico não envolve adição de quaisquer químicos, que é produzido com 100% fibras de madeira.
A Investwood está profundamente envolvida no desenrolar deste processo.

Valbopan's particular production capacity and flexibility played an important role when Valchromat was first developed back in 1996. When we first presented it in APPROFAL, Paris in 1998 it won an award that distinguished its technical properties

Steadily Valchromat is being promoted, mainly alongside the specifiers (architects, designers…) and today Valchromat can be found in all 4 corners of the world.

 

 

Valchromat can be used in endless applications: Office and shop fitting, wall coverings, furniture, kitchens, flooring, partitioning, doors, exhibition stands…

 

 

In short, Valchromat has many advantageous properties that make its use easier and an economical solution for various projects (colour throughout, non toxic, moisture resistance, great mechanical strength).

 

 

But what really matters most is its unique look that keeps attracting more and more attention worldwide.

Valchromat's looks can be pretty versatile since it accepts many kinds of finishing:

Lacquers (matt, glossy, water based, polyurethane, UV resistant, fire retardant…)

Oils

Waxes

Or simply leave it raw if it's an area where you're not worried about stains…
